IMO, if you want a good, fun daily driver with that supercharger, I go with a 5.7-6.0L, build it with about 10-10.5 compression. Run a 2.8 pulley, tune it for about 575rwhp on a safe 91 octane tune and just drive it.
Well, that's an option, too. I can get a new L33 block bored to 3.90 for $450. From there I can go with a stock length 3.622" crank, rods and piston and get a nice lightweight 5.7 for a decent price. From there I can put on my 2.02valved 243 heads and crank up the boost. I'm just wondering how much torque can be had with that setup using my 210/218 cam.

Edit: I think I may have figured out a nice combo for a build. This is my new plan for an engine that should work nicely with the blower:

Engine build - 346.68 displacement
L33 block honed to 3.903" bore.
K444X3903 Wiseco pistons 3.903" bore, -11cc dish, 433 grams, 1.300 CH.
3905GFX Wiseco rings
6.125 forged rods
3.622 stroke forged crank w/.927 pin & 2.25 journal (factory specs) - reluctor?
.040 head gasket.
62cc heads w/2.02, 1.57 valves.
9.70:1 compression.
Piston-deck height .0040 in the hole.

Does anyone know the reluctor size for the 5.3?
Any opinions on this build would be appreciated... you guys have been a great help so far!

I believe reluctor size depends on engine model year and not engine size.
Someone who has the info will chime in.

Reluctor size is given by the tooth count, gen3 is 24, gen4 is 58

Default Pulley Size

What is the stock magnacharger pulley size on the TVS 1900 truck kit? How much would you expect cam and LTs to reduce the effective boost?

If you went with the TVS 2300(planning for the future) but wanted to run the blower on a stock 6.0, what size pulley would you recommend? What size with cam and LT's?
