My new exhaust - Pics before and after. VIDS
When I first installed the turbo kit I kinda rigged an exhaust on it. Spare pieces of 3in and a 40 series flowmaster muffler with the stock 2.75 inch tail pipe. It worked but rusted out and I thought was a bit loud especially since I installed a cutout for when I wanna make noise.
Here are the pics of the old system. Notice all the clamps and hack welds lol
Bottom of dp into Y Pipe and cutout
After the cross member
Muffler
Tail pipe
Now time for my real exhaust. All stainless, v bands, proper fitment and no corners cut. Using a Magnaflow 28inch muffler.
Downpipe to cutout with 3in v band
Pass the cross over
Muffler
Sweet fitment and welding skills here. This is the rear of the muffler. My long time friend and amazing fabricator, John TurboCiv Donavan , tossed my 3-4 reducer and made this seamless piece to connect the muffler to my 4inch tail pipe.
4 inch tail pipe with a slip joint for easy removal ( if need be ).
Action shot
Results
Final verdict = I love it. It could just be me but it might be a tiny bit more quiet and it flows more because so far I'm seeing 2 more psi of boost compared to my previous set up. Pipe 4inch over the axle and tail pipe for the ricer in me and those the car guys that see it and get that WTF feeling seeing it hanging there.

its an open dump. I have a 2in pipe system that dumps in the center of the truck under the transmission pan.
Here is a pic of the WG with the pipe attached.
