Sorry Cody, the local shop just sourced 'em out for me. We were going to get some Mosier's in there but they would only make the smaller diameter (for the 10 bolt housings) which would have been way weaker than even the stock GM axles I guess.

Would they be willing to get me some? Im not too excited about having the stock 14bolt hibs machined for 6 lugs. I would much rather have a nice aftermarket alloy. Also do you have any info on about how much it would cost for someone to go to the twin kit if they already have the single? PM me if need be. I would seriously consider this when I put the 418 back in.

Let me talk to them and see if it's okay to give their number (when I asked them about sponsoring they said they were waaay to busy already) or if they can give me the info on the axles directly.

For the twins, I can give you MSRP and you can go from there (STS made me the deal of a life time, and I can't give you that price, nor do I know what it would be just off the street).

Twin stage III 60-1's $2,600
C5 Twin Turbo Oil Lines/kit $189
FMIC Pipe kit w/BOV Pipe $535
Active Intercooler (Optional) $700 (and this is likely too small if you are stepping up to twins for a large cube mill)
HD Y Pipe (only part I don't have an MSRP for you -- custom made)
WG Flanges (2) $20
Cke1 WG pipe $120
Blow Off Valve $300
Additional Wastegate $337
T3 Turbo flanges (2) $28
K&N Cone Filters (2) $138
Filter Covers and Shields (2) $128

Also, Cody asked for an idea on pricing for converting from a single kit and that's what this is. I have no idea if you wanted to buy a twin kit outright.

Where does the additional turbo mount? Right by the original single location? Why couldnt i just "T" the oil lines together for both turbos? Which part is the piping kit for the additional turbo? I guess the upgraded TIAL BOV that I havent wouldnt work for the twins? Of course I would need a wastegate, woul I just use a y right before the FMIC to run the boost form both turbos into the same intercooler or is that what the "HD Y" is? To me with these flanges that you are including in your list it seems you will be welding up your own kit, am I understanding right? What about just buying another gt67 for my setup or would that be way too much lag? I have a 2step and will ahve a trans brake by then and I have a nitrous kit but I also dont want to hit boost at 6K either. And of course you better get pics

Yeah 2 67s is way to much. It would never spool up.

There are some welding tasks for this -- there is no twin kit for trucks, so there is some fab work to be done. Basically, I'm just welding the flanges on the existing pipe I have, and a new pipe from a truck kit (which have the t4 flange on them already). The HD Y is the merge pipe for the intake.

I never ran a BOV up to now, so thats why it's included. You also probably don't need the intercooler piping -- the truck IC is going to be too small for that much hp (forgot it was in the list when I cut-n-paste).

You can mount them in the same location. I'm looking at some different options that I will update as I know anything. I may run twin intake lines to seperate intercoolers and merge after the intercooler (because of intercooler sizes for ICs big enough for this).

I understand now, I may just make my own duplicate kit then and buy the turbos through them. I think the BOV I have will be fine.

Can I T the oil lines together? The extra turbo will be back by the other one correct?

If you have the big oil pump, you can tee the lines. Basically the C6 line kit is a bunch of brass (tees, etc) and a bunch of stainless lines (everything but the big return line). Worth it, imo.

Got a PN for the "big" oil pump? Ill make up my own kit for the return lines then since Im welding a fitting on to the oil pan so I dont have the problems that some do with th eoil filler neck.

Nope -- Just call STS or Billy and ask for the "big one"
