Default More Yuck!

Separated the lower intake today. Been running both valve covers to a breather tank for the last few years. It did drink oil when I had a catch can setup. Could this still be old oil from several years ago? Might also be the source of the persistent oil drip coming from the top rear of the motor after a blast of boost??

Top/inlet side of the core does not look anything like the bottom. Relatively clean....

Back when I had dual catch cans, it was drinking oil. Been running both valve covers to a breather tank for the last 3-4 years.
