Default misfiring

installed my turbo kit
i have 2005 GMC SIERRA 4.8 THAT seems to idle fine but u can look at the motor and tell its not but once u give it any throttle it just starts popping like i have burnt wires and no power, so i checked and yes i had two wires messed up and replaced all wires but im still having the same symptoms and problem. I had the truck running and on the left bank i started unplugging coils and each one made a distinct difference so then moved to the right bank and removed each wiring for each coil and none of the coils made any diff as if that wholes side was dead . Checked all my fuses and they were all good. ANYONE EVER HAVE THIS PROB ??ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
