When you guys mention that it eats rubber, does it seem to eat anything else? I have heard *rumor* that you should change your oil every 3 hrs when running meth, and that it can make pits in you cylinder liner if it sits on it. Any experiences good or bad, I wanted to run meth myself but don't know enough about it yet.

I heard that is only if you are using meth or alcohol for replacement of gas. When you do you need to turn the fuel off to the motor a start to run the meth or alcohol out of the motor.

 

Well, if thats the case, that is good new since most here are running progressive controllers which only provide meth/alcohol at a certain psi, usually 3-4. Once you let off the gas and get out of boost, the engine returns to gas only operation.

where do u guys buy ur meth at? and for the water its windsheild washer fuild right?

 

I got mine from my installer/tuner and I run straight meth. No water.

 

what about in so cali n e one of somewhere where they sell it? and if u run water what do u use ? (when is wal * mart going to sell meth?)

 

Check around. Places that sell race fuel will probably have it.
