All, I have good friend currently living in Manhatten KS. I helped him build his truck a few years ago 07 time frame. He has a 99 NBS 2500, cast iron headed lq4 with a old side mount magnacharger. Back in 07 the charger was making weird sounds and I pulled it off and we shipped it to get rebuilt. Well its gone to crap again and he would like it just removed and put stock tune back in truck. I am currently in NC and i told him i would try to find somebody that would give him a hand. He is not mechanically inclined, and this has been his daily for along time. He needs to be pointed in the right direction, if i remember right, it will need a new stock tensioner, belts, move the tb back to intake, stock tune uploaded, fmu removed, etc. If anybody in that area can help with this, please let me know. Thanks man, it was sent back to magnacharger back in 07. Just trying to find him a helping hand, somebody or point him to a shop that wont rape him lol. I might have to end up just flying out there lol.

 

how is he going to get the tune put on?
