Default Many issues with truck and trying to tune

Tuner has been messing with my truck trying to figure it all out. On the dyno at 8lbs it only made 380hp.

1. Said he could not get it over 8psi, not sure if it's the boost controller or Wastegate spring. What a good budget friendly boost controller? I currently have a in cab manual turboxs boost controller. Is there a way to tell what spring is installed in the Wastegate?

2. Had to turn off o2 sensors and keep it in open loop because for Some reason it keeps dumping fuel in one bank and loading up plugs. Said it doesn't make sense since both o2 sensors are on the same side and literally inches away from each other. Any ideas on what is causing that

3. I had NGK Br7 plugs but he said I needed Tr6s and they were better and will last longer. Are these plugs ok?

4. Said there is Possible valve float up top. Is this a usual problem? What are good budget friendly springs to get?

Any help would be great

Budget friendliest spriings ive found so far are cam motion's, iirc they were about $200 with steel retainers... $260 with Ti retainers... As far as the dumping fuel if your o2's are seeing Lean it will dunp fuel... Are the o2's reading the same, possible you have a bad one??

You sure boost controller is hooked up right? Also where are the o2 sensors installed?

I was looking at the ls6/ls9 springs or the PAC 1218 springs. Which will work better or will the cam motion springs be better then either of those two?

O2 sensors are brand new and tuner says they are working fine but one is just dumping more fuel for some reason

I'm pretty sure the boost controller is hooked up correctly, I'll have to re look at it but what is the proper way to hook it up?

02 sensors are installed in the downpipe on the drivers side

The o2 sensors need to be on the individual side. So if you are using KB hotpipes, you should have one right after the driver side manifold and on in the log manifold.. Probably dumping fuel because you have an exhaust leak or its sensing the other bank. Br7s are fine, shouldn't have any drivability problems. 6s are a little warm for pump gas and boost.

If your boost controller is hooked up right it should double what spring you have in the wastegate if im not mistaken. I run the BTR dual springs on my turbo builds. Your 02 sensors should be that close either. They should be just like Atomic's description. Keep the BR7's in. What was the timing in the boosted region up top. Is the converter locked or unlocked? How much slip?

would cam motion or pac1218 springs be better?

also i meant both 02 sensors are in the downpipe on the passenger side. but yeah tuner said they should be on seperate banks. i dont have a bung on the driver side though, just 3 bungs in the downpipe which is my wideband and 2 o2 sensors. so obviously i need to put a o2 bung on the driver side, where at on the driver side should i put it?

im not sure what downpipe and crossover pipe is on the driver side but it does has a kb log header.

tuner did say possible exhaust leak as well but its open exhaust so its hard to hear or find. guess ill have to finish exhaust and search for leak.

im in a fuzz about the spark plugs because you guys say br7s and tuner says tr6s. i guess as long as they work its ok for now

stock cam and springs, not sure on what the rpm was spun to

not sure on the timing or the convertor or how much slip
