Default Magnuson question

So, Magnuson says to foam fill your fenders, to reduce noise. I don't plan on doing this, but how many people have done it? Are you glad you did?

I didn't foam my fender. This question was was raised a while ago and I believe most people said they skipped this part of the install. I have no regrets.

I never even heard of that, what purpose would that serve? I can't hear the blower anyway!

Why would they go to the extent of including a can of foam and putting it in the instructions if it doesn't make any difference in the noise levels at all?
