Are you seeing 17 Volts in the grey wire going to the pump when in boost?

i didnt check the voltage from the grey wire thats a good idea... do you have a tip on whats an easy way to do this

Maybe you could splice into the grey wire that goes out to the pump, connect it to the positive lead of a multimeter and ground the other lead. Have someone watch the meter to see if the voltage increases when you go into boost. If not, something likely isn't connected properly.
