Sounds like you purchased a system that is uncompatible for your truck. What year is your truck?

I have read through that exact manual and it flows pretty well. The Gibbs install manual would have done you NO good at all.


I assume you got the wrong fuel pump as well if you got one for return less system.

No wonder you are having issues.....the kit you purchased was for a 2006 silverado. There are some differences in the kits between the different years.

One you have discovered....the other being the fuel pump and misc small hardware.
