I run 15 psi of boost and a 2 stage. I first started out with a 30/30 shot but kicked it up to a 50/30. trever1t made me do it. lol I have no regrets.

a 5lb bottle will run dry fast....this is a great thread. Yes Dusty, the added power actually comes from the gasoline added but the nitrous adds the OXY...the fuel comes from elsewhere.
As far as boost level, I am making a litlle bit too much for safe street manners, 178-182kPa boost only is awesome but I plan on backing off here in a bit...a 2 stage is not out of the question for me, I have the switches, all i need is 2 more solenoids

Strangly, I agree... Dude, the trans IS NOT going to be happy with your boost/n2o turn up.... I bet it goes on strike at about the 58.6 foot mark....

Yeah but a 10lb. bottle wont fit where i want it and besides I would only use it at the track.

I only suggest getting the boost up first because you'll never regret it (besides broken parts). If you are happy with low to mid boost (4 to 7#'s) on the street...then turn up the gas. But a bad setup with out good safeties will blow that roots blower to hell and back with a big shot. Make sure no nitrous is in that blower under 5K rpm (regarding a large shot). Yes...carry a camera for us .

I am really happy with the way I did my nitrous blower setup. I made my mind up I wanted a strong street truck that demanded respect from anybody I chose to give hell on the street. A 2.8 pulley maggy112, cam'ed with stage 2 heads 6L has definitely given me that (4wd definitely adds to handing asswhoopings on the street as well). I of course wanted to go faster on the track and with my limitations on the 112, a bottle would be fun. Then thru trial and error I will tell you the best money spent on that setup...a remote bottle opener and heater. With that heater and remote opener, I am now not just a 12 second truck on the street and a 11 sec truck at the track...i can with a flip of the switch be a 11 second truck anywhere. Progressive controller is all I am looking to add to the setup now.

waaaa waaaaaa waaaaaaa waaaaaaaaa <----me making blower sounds while pushing gas pedal and letting off gas pedal.

Dont have the nitrous activate til 5,000 rpm .... what good is that? What type of remote bottle opener do you have or recommend dewmanshu ? So you always run your supercharger + nitrous tune.... you dont have just a supercharger tune? Im want to know the safeties.... My tuner told me if I got meth he wouldnt tune for it because it is not reliable and if it doesnt shoot and you are on the throttle...boom. Im soooo pissed no one gives a tahoe on 22's a chance anyways there is no reason to make it fast I tried a 04 sytle cobra last and nothing he might have not been in the mood but it pissed me off!

If you plan to use big shots IMO...100hp+ I wouldn't spray under 5000 RPM. I'd wouldn't want any chance of blow back with that blower. I mean...just me now...that's a lot of nitorus spooling around those rotors. I am full 75shot out of the hole, but if I ever went bigger I wouldn't spray that big with only 3K rpm. (get a progressive controller, conversation is done )

I bought all my nitrous stuff directly from HSW. ----> sponsor

I have meth, but I never use it. LOL SO I incorporate it as my "wet" into my nitrous setup.

Well...your tuner is allowed to make what ever rules he/she wants. It's their name that's out there. Do you have a wideband? If not I say invest in one that has a control box with outouts. My Wideband Commander (dynojet) will turn my nitrous off if I go lean. There is a ground output on it that I set the rule that if I am leaner than 11.9:1 with more than 60% throttle it will not put a ground out for the nitrous relays. I also have a bottle pressure switch. It is in the ground loop as well. If your pressure is to low you could blow **** up. My wideband commander is also my throttle position switch.

Check this out...

Heater and microedge. That microedge will help you with 2 stages so you can go small out of the hole and then bigger on the next stage. It will also turn off nitrous under a certain AFR. I haven't researched that yet, they probably mean narrowbands, but still a great feature. Even comes with TR6 plugs, blow down tube, and a purge. LOL 400 bucks is salty, but a pretty damn good deal nevertheless.
