Default MAGGIE Is in my tbss THANKS BLOWNCHEVY

towed my tbss to brian and what a great guy. round trip 1600 miles and well worth it. i have the stock maggie tune in there now and 3.0 pulley and even though i have long tubes, true duals and other mods it pulls so hard im sure once i get the hp tuners in there (i have the aem wideband) thing will run a lot better. ill be going to a 2.9 pully on pump gas and 2.8 on race gas.

thanks again brain stand up guy.

ps- sorry about the posi marks up your street lol

Ok!
Did you do any dyno at all?

If i get the jug hooked up yah. Few members have the same set up as i do and goign to get their hp tuner file, i feel the maggie tune is holding power back also i want to run the 2.9 on pump gas but 2.8 on race gas.

yank 3000 is way to much coverter for the set up. 2600-2800 will be the ticket.

sunday night going to go over the hp options with the guy that sold me the kit over the phone. Im gonna try to hook up with jay and race him also.

I had a 3200 on my truck when I had my maggie but it was way to much for the truck and would cause me to boost way up.

so yank 2600 might be better?

there is a lot of torque managment in it also i need to set it up because the cel is on because i took teh stock fan off and put in LS1 fans.

if i mash on the throttle just blazes them up bad i need to get the drag rads on.

also i know i lost boost because of the long tubes and true 3 inch duals but im sure its makign more power with less boost. Oh well on sunday ill get down to the gauges and clean up the wiring for the fans etc.

i need to start lookin for a tranny, and i dont mean a he she either

I really liked my Yank pro 3000. Granted it was only in the truck for a few hours before the engine died... but it was an awesome hit. Stomp the pedal and it would flash to 4500 or so with my mods. It hit like a 7000 lb sledgehammer. I would definitely do the yank 3000 again if I still had the maggie

I had pretty good success with my Yank ST2800. Not too loose, but it would hit the sweet spot just right off the line. Yank 2600 would be OK too. I do think the 3000 would be a bit much. I tried a Yank 3000 on my last truck and it was noticeably more loose than the 2600.
