Hello everyone, I would like to know how to plumb cooling lines to the zl1 best exchanger on top of the blower. Any ideas, pics? I've read a couple of threads but it still send confusing to me. I have -10 an fittings and they don't seem to fit.

 

do you have the an fitting welded onto the zl1 lid?

 

No, I don't know how to do that. Is there their any instructions? Walkthrough?

 

There are lots of walk thru's on ctsvowners.com... Give that a check, its the same routing as you would do on the truck. You will need to weld the -10 AN bungs on the lid if you wanna go that route, otherwise you will need to use hose clamps to secure it to the lid.
