you are geting way ahead of yourself. looking at your sig you have a 6.0 planed and a trick kit planed. get that done and working. it will be very fast with a 6.0 and t76 and you will have some issues to work thru using that amount of power.

months from now after you have it all worked out then start thinking about more IF you feel like you need it. i made 640rwhp with a t76 on a 6.0. it took me a long time to take care of all the stuff you need to do to use that much power.

The crossmember, and harness is a piece of cake, the hardest part is changing the input shaft in the Tcase, and the output shaft in the trans if you dont have a 4x4 80E. Drivelines also must be lengthened and shortened.

So even if i buy the lvl 5 60 or the 65 it wont be enough? The install wont be a promblem its the tuning im going to need help with. What is preferred for the drive line and u joints havent really seen much on that subject.

i wouldn't expect any 4l60e/65 to last in a heavy truck at much over 500rwhp

Why does the input and the output shaft have to be replaced? what can be done so i dont have to do this? do i need a tcase from an 80 e?

Good daily drivibilty at 14 psi? What kind of 1/4 mile times on 14 psi did you have? I wanna be in the 11's thats the goal and driviabilty.

you are worried about too many things. get it running and work thru the bugs, take small steps.
