Looking for help

Hey there.
I want to change my headers.
My current set up is a Lq9. Got a cam, ported oil pump, TVS 1900, with a 2.80 pulley, I currently have 1 3/4 Pacesetters, I want to remove them and go with the Cal-Speed 1 7/8 headers.
I think bout later changing the heads on the motor, what do y'all think?
Will it help me out or not?

Why Cal speed? Why not Kooks or ARH??? If your going to upgrade I would step up in quality right away too the Kooks and ARH are great products I have a set on my 05 VHO If you change the heads later on what are you thinking of doing?

I would say save your money now run it as is you aren't really pushing enough air to see that big of a difference now. Save your pennies do heads and headers if you want to at that point. If it's a money issue I always tell friends and customers alike instead of spending pennies now because that's what you have wait until you have dollars and do it right.
A good set of heads and a cam with that TVS will take you a long way so will a spacer. I ran 18 psi with my procharger and a 370 though a set of 1 3/4 headers long before anyone had a 1 7/8. If you wait a bit longer you will see more 2" choices for primaries too. I ran ASM headers back in the day I have ARH headers now. Might be in a 2" kook when those come out.
