Damn that sucks. The Livernois kit is just so badass lookin. What about a custom tune to get around inspection? Would it work?

they don't care if it passes without any of the components, not there = a ticket. They were passing out fines to muscle cars last year for open element breathers and no pcv's (k&n valve cover filters)

I guess I should stick with the STS then. It's a shame I can't get the Livernois kit.

Yeah, it sucks. I really want the Livernois kit but I think the STS is the only legal turbo out. I'm hoping Livernois will somehow make their kit legal in the future.

Trust me you will not be disappointed with the STS kit. It may not have the show off effect when you pop the hood, but it is great for a sleeper.
