On my truck at 7.5lbs of boost I make 351HP/433TQ at the wheels (18's with 33x13.50's) going through my Stage-4 4L80e but, I went with a custom turbo for my truck not the one in the kit and I know the trans is sucking up some power too. Mine has been on for a year now with no problems... You won't be disapointed with the Livernois kit, it is well built and you just can't beat turbo's IMHO... Good Luck

P.S. One day i jacked the boost to 18lbs by mistake... damn was that fun though!!!! Ripped the tires loose doing 40mph!!! I was amazed I did not blow something up... Gotta love how easy you can change boost with a turbo...

thats a possibility too, still considering all options.

Does the Livernois set up delete the egr? Unfortunetly we have roadside inspections for emissions equipment and the fines can get out of control really fast for missing eguipment

I could use the Oil pick up they wanted so i had to tap the Secondary Oil Filter plate for a pick up, other fabing was the Oil Return (Valve Cover), connecting the downpipe to the exhaust system, Custom Wires (From Magna Core)... I think thats it...

You should realy relocate the MAF Sensor too, put it on the boosted side using two Reducer Cuplers and then just stick a cone filter on the turbo. Much better throttle response, stability and a little more power...
