2004 Silverado SS, AWD, stock block 6.0 - 364ci, TVS 2300, TFS 235 Heads, FTI Custom Grind, Rossler 4L80e, PI 3k stall, ID 1000's, LPA e85 fuel system, 1-7/8" ARH, 2.5" true dual Magnaflow, QTP remote cutouts, TPIS 102 TB.

This time was recorded on 22" street tires and 14psi

Haha, I was waiting for that one. I'm totally open to suggestions on how best to define that, but I would say anything without a roll bar.

How about anything that has a plate, registration, insurance and inspection

I knew this was coming

How about this:

-tag, registration, insurance, and inspection (implying lights, and bumpers)
-stock frame (no tube chassis or sectioning)
-all stock safety features at least (can have additional like roll bar, battery cut off, etc.)
-can still put a load of 500lb in the bed if needed
-can be run on pump gas or pump e85
-working car speakers with radio
