Lingenfelter GT-9?

Anyone have any experience with running this GT-9 cam on a turboed 5.3L? Any input will be greatly appreciated thanks! I'm looking for a cam that makes good power without requiring a huge stall?

Really in a 5.3? Don't think so.... Tooooo big I am pretty sure you would need piston valve reliefs to not have ptv issues. Plus that's a supercharger cam not a turbo cam. You need a cam like the isky or speed inc turbo cams. However, you need to throw some goals and specs on your build to properly suggest a good cam.

If you believe all the interweb drivel, that cam (GT9) is good for all things f/I, no matter whether belt or exhaust driven, no matter whether it's 4.8L or bigger bored and stroked. You just need to accept the fact that that bad boy, one size fits all, super duper attaboy cam is **** and nuts better than anything else out there...end of discussion...end of story....that's it...buy it and enjoy

Just search on this site for the Isky triple 12 and you can read about it. Many people, including myself, run the triple 12 in turbo'd 5.3's and make good power... I like the way mine drives with a ~2600 stall btw
