Default Lean spike in boost

Been seeing a few spikes like this randomly in boost. Most of the time its around a shift but at times I can do two almost identical back to back pulls and one will catch a spike like this and the other will stay in the 11s all day. The spike only occurs for an instant and before I can even get my foot out of it it's back to the 11s. See video below at 11 seconds in.

I've been seeing inconsistencies in the readings over a period of days and have even mailed back my initial findings to Justin (Autocal Tuned) only to have things change a bit the next day. Fuel pressure looks good while in boost, not sure what else to look at.

Seems like it would be impossible to narrow down every instance of this and have the tune tweaked so i'm not sure what to do here

Any suggestions?

It could be the wideband and not the tune.

I would hope that's not the case but I guess it cant be ruled out. The sensor has maybe 2k miles on it and I just recalibrated it a few days ago. The idle and cruise air fuels dont show any spikes or abnormalities.

Not that this is a solution but would I be able to watch knock retard in conjunction with the wideband for lean conditions? Currently picking up nothing on the knock sensors.

Is it possible that you've got an exhaust leak before the O2 sensor? Something that only shows up at high rpm and boost.
