Default Knock sensor delete?

When I start putting my build together should I just delete my knock sensors or keep them? Thinking of just getting the smooth valley cover from summit

not something i would do !! knock sensors are a really good safety measure

Relocate them to the side of the block but don't get rid of them all together.
