Yep, not sure what I will be able to run boost wise. My fuel system is going to be the limiting factor. At this point I will be happy to get it all on and run like 7lb or so, and have low IAT's, with it being summer I spend alot of time jet skiing and pulling the trailers. I have a feeling that 7lb with the intercooler will pull stronger then the current 9lb without. Just looking forward to not worrying about my IAT's on hot days.

Well I got everything on and took it for a drive, DAMN is it loud. And I mean LOUD. I dont even know how to describe the sound, its higher pitched then before. I havent drove it enough to tell how much of a difference it made performance wise but I can say this, it is 77 degrees out and the highest IAT I seen was 91 degrees. I am very rich at initial tip in and Ill post up a log of the IAT's I had one however I forgot to save it. It is somwhat sucking my one elbow closed, not completely but more then I would like.

Well got some more logs, I am running very rich all over however this is fine I would rather be rich then lean. I dropped the boost when I installed it just to be safe, right now i am pushing between 5.5lb to 6lb and running rich and it still pulls harder then it did at 9.5 without the intercooler. I be doing some more playing around tom. The comp. is still learning, everytime I fire it up and drive it it seems stronger.

I'll give a 7.5 on the visible weld, the half point is for polishing it. I forgot to mention that mine is louder, too, but not loud loud. I hope it is the 3" tubing resonating, and that insulation will quiet it down. I hope that it is not the intercooler, acting like a flat panel loudspeaker.
Congradulations on the IAT.
Is that a 130 amp alternator? Did you upgrade? Is it larger than the 105 amp?
