Looks good , where did you get that coupler from ? what size is it .

What are you going to use to seal your flange to the intake? Black RTV?

I am going to use the factory gasket that is on the intake manifold. As for the coupler I got it off of ebay, it works perfect for the kenne bell outlet or whipple for that matter.

youll have that thing intercooled before ya know it PAT! Looking like a great start. what's your next hurdle?Maybe you can fab kits and sell em to Mr Kenne bell himself since he's takin his sweet time!

I guess to Kenne Bell coming soon means at least a year and half.... Oh well, mine will be much cheaper and I want air to air anyway. The one that they show a picture of coming soon takes up alot of room in the engine bay. As far as the next hurdle... Well I guess I will find out, need to order up the intercooler from TRT.

Pat, The intercooler is a 24*12 from Trturbo. Billy is excellent and it is just about a bolt on to the frame rails. How do I post pictures directly on the thread?

Well I talked to Billy @ TRT and found what I want for a intercooler so now I have to sit down and figure out what all I will need as far as elbows and claps and Ill just get it all from him. He was very helpfull and seems like a good guy, any of you guys looking for intercoolers give him a call.
