yes my kit made around 27 rwhp and its so much fun! I even got a sticker made that says kbracing and put it onmy bike and picked up horsepower!

Really though I did 301 on a dyno dynamics
6.0 z06 cam yellow springs
kb kit with 4" dp and 4" mandrel bent exhaust
mp 70mm with a .96 ar
7psi spring in the wg no controller
I haven't dynoed it yet but should be 475-500 i would hope. I sure feels like it.

Best so far in the 1/4 is a 12.7

It was jizz!

Anyway, when I had my Kyle turbo setup I was running 15psi with a GT4202R turbo. Never had it dyno'ed (I'd guess somewhere close to 800rwhp) but my 403ci 4x4 ECSB ran an 11.27 @ 120 in the quarter. I think she had a 10 second pass in her, but I never got there. No problems with the kit, and that was before he started beefing up the crossovers.

Actually, I contacted you by email and the response was "sorry....this kit was not intened for that much boost" and after I posted on the forums you offered to let me pay you to fix it... I have the emails still... so yes I opted to fix it myself...

First failure was blowing the waste gate out of the cross pipe the first pass down the track with the truck, second was the radial break below the DS flange that ended up melting $300 worth of custom brake and clutch lines... and the third was the pipe blew out in the DS 90* bend...

Im glad you got them all fixed, Your welcome for the free R&D.

Come on Mic, I have the emails too and I just went back and read them. In my response email, I did say I was sorry and I also said "If there is something I can do, let me know" Not just "sorry". Your response was asking me what it would cost to have a new cross over made out of SS (to replace the mild steel one you bought) and I told you I would do if for MY cost on the materials only and that was all I heard until you posted about it.

I even came up to you at the SAR meet last year and personally apologized and told you I would have done what ever you asked to make it right. I'm a stand up guy, all you had to do was tell me what you needed to make you happy and I would have done it. I have ZERO customer service complaints and I try VERY hard to keep it that way. I'm sorry you feels this way, but I tried to make things right.

kb racing does have good service. I call him and bug him all the time, i even bought a kit and he sent some good lookin girl over to my house for a bj. He said he wanted to be there but he was sorry, I accepted his apology and send a gay biker to his house to return the favor! I know he enjoyed that!

There are many people who manufacture parts and call themselves a business, while kyle makes these kits from what he has and does it for more or less a hobby. If it does mess up or break let him know and he makes it right, and if he charged you what others charge for the kits they make, then he would have more of a profit to fix the uncontrolled situations. But im not saying he doesn't make money cause there would be no reason to even make them but he does what he can and does it well imo.

Every business has good and bad and most that have a bad rep are bad for everyone, but unlike many other people in this game, i have to budget my truck fund and can't spend 3k a week on my truck and kyle helps people who want good parts for a decent price.

Lets try to keep this thread on topic, the OP wants to know what people have made with Kyle's kit, not questioning his CS... If he had questions there I doubt he would have already bought one of his kits.
