SOLD MY NITROUS KIT!!

I was gona swap to a 6.0 but i decided to stay 5.3
question is: what else can i sell too go turbo? Im thinking on going with the Basic T4 KB Racing intercooled turbo kit

I wount use the headers
What about my volant intake?
What about my converter and cam, how will they work with a turbo?

Plan is too make it a fairly fast fun daily

You can sell that volant CAI, even mounting the supplied air filter onto the compressor housing will net you intake temps ~10 degrees above ambient. The stall will get that turbo spooling quick, and although some cams are better for boost all will work with boost... and you may could get 20 hp doing a cam swap you can also do that by adding 1 lb of boost.

Your going to love the turbo.

You would be crazy to change the cam. I'm running a speed Inc TU1 Turbo cam am its almost the same as yours. Ppl think just be you go Turbo that you need a baby cam am that's just not the case

Although I have a small cam...I totally agree. In a turbo 5.3 the difference in cam A..B..C is so small its almost not worth the change. I would keep the cam since you already have it.

You wouldn't happen to have an idle clip with that cam would you? That's the bump stick I'm eying.
