Just got the Maggie done

Not sure smoke is going to find it. It seems dependent on the IAC being plugged in or not.
Here's a WAG what is your AC on commanded idle speed?
Have you done a compare with a stock tune just to see if anything odd was messed with?
Good luck.

Smoke did not show any leaks. Did the stock PCM did the same high idle. Not sure on the AC idle but will check.

OK With AC on when I first turned it on it dropped around 300rpm and then went right back to 2000rpm. Turned the AC off it went up a little and then right back to 2000 on down a little and right back.

OK here is what I am thinking the PCM is telling the IAC to go to zero but for some reason zero is not zero. And the PCM is opening up to were it thinks zero is. Is there a way to make sure the IAC is at zero or to reset it.

After everything you've done to rule out mechanicals, it has to be in the Tune IMO. Either Running Airflow tables or something to do with switches for DBW vs Manual TB settings. Get it to a live in person tuner that can scan it.

Wish I could but can not find anyone around here that can do it. I will be happy to drive it to someone but just were is someone in this area. Nashville, Louisville, Lexington???
