I cant find any info on the intercooler, looks like they dont even make them anymore, theres a good sign.



This is how I had my air filter at first, now I have it turned down and gos down a little and its right between the fender well and signal light but I didnt really notice any difference.

 

just to be absolutely sure, your IAT sensor is after the intercooler isnt it? i know dumb question but ya never know

 

Yes the sensor is about 4 inchs before the tb.

even if its a shitty intercooler those temps are a little high id think. id go with the CXRacing like richard jsut got and see what happens if you can. it worked for him....
