Did you have to notch you bumper supports for that intercooler or not? If not what size is it?

Yes I notched the frame. I didn't want too, but after seeing were the notches had to be made, I didn't see what it would hurt, besides. The way I drive if I crash I'll be dead wether the frame was cut or not, plus I'm not going to sell this truck. Too much into it to stop now .

I also had a problem with my BOV. It was full of water (or meth), some of you might want to watch out for that.

 

where did you get all of you piping? They appear like mandrel bends so i am guessing you bought it somewhere pre bent, I know where I live I cant find anyone who does mandrel bends.
