While were talking injectors, what would these rate at with our pressure?

Flow rate: 60 lbs/hr, 625-640 cc/min rated at 43.5 psi

Changed my D07 nozzle for a D014 and on ~9psi the IDC was 85%.

Gonna do some more tuning when i get off work.


Hey black, those should be ~72s at 58psi.

Thanks man! Guess my 60s I have are better than I thought. And with the referenced regulator should be around 80/hr at 8psi. PM on the way.

Now the real question..... do i go with 72, 80 or 95# injectors (4bar rating)????????

i wonder what 95# injectors will be at IDC wise on 16psi?

As long as they're tuneable I don't see any reason not to go larger. I'm going with those 127 lb/hr bosch's. The 95's are the same price ($600) as 80s and only 50 more than the 60s

Mine are 96lb at 58psi. 16psi for me tops out right at 80% IDC with 50% e85 and a 6000rpm shift point.
