Hope this motor holds up better than the last one with my procharger I sold you! I would have thought the 42lb. injectors would work but if you are buying some new ones might as well go with the bigger ones. The inline pump you got from me should work well with the stock pump I would think. Good luck bro let me know how she works when you get it going again, Im sure you'll be really happy with it!

Does anyone have a part number for the 60# injectors?

What 60#ers require the least amount of fab work? I know some, if not all, require changing the height of the fuel rail. I'd like to find some that simply slice in and go.

As of this moment none are a direct replacement, all require spacing fuel rails and switching injector pigtails.

I knew I'd have to switch pigtails, but I was hoping to be able to get around spacing the fuel rail. Guess it's not that big of deal if I do.

Remember... You can't run an inline pump unless you go return-style. Just letting you know.

Nope. They are mid 30s. My stock Tahoe with whipple is flex fuel and I can just barely hit 100% duty cycle on them. I rarely run it hard into the upper rpms, so I'm not concerned about that.

Oh ok, good to know. I thought that I had read somewhere that the NBSS an classic's that had the flex-fuel had 42#ers but I couldn't verify that at all. Thanks for clearing that up. The flex fuel are bigger than stock though right? Stock injectors are 26#ers?

Spaciing the fuel rails is easy, I went to Lowe's and purchased some nylon 5/8 spacers that work great for about $4.00.
