I have a HD2500 6.0 gas that I might add a 6 psi Maggie to for better towing. If you have done this please post up your results. Good or Bad points appreciated.

I have 05 vortec high output with radix. Tows great, power is great but it loves fuel. About 8 mpg with 27 ft boat about 7500- 8000 lbs . On 2500 because of suspension its gotta be a great fit. I'd say tranny cooler is a must Alex

Get you a Trucool 40K and you will be set!

Quite a bit bigger than your stock one
(top cooler)(bottom is a TVS1900 heat exchanger)
