i think my fuel system is going to need to grow up some...

Right now its stock lines and rails with a single in-tank 255 and 60lb injectors. This fuel system was intended to feed my 5.3L/70mm combo at a max of 10psi... I'm past that point now LOL. This is a 2000 return system...
With the Iron block 347/78GTH I'm definitely going to need more fuel... I'd like the idea of new lines, regulator, rails, cell, big pump(s) the works, but that's not in the cards right now. How far are dual 255s going to take me? Should I keep this 255 and add a big Bosch? Or go with dual 044s... I'm mainly looking for in-tank pump options without having to donate organs to afford... Modding the basket and making things fit aren't an issue.... That's no problem, let me know how you've done it on a stock'ish fuel system.
Oh and I'm NOT wanting to supplement with meth just yet. I don't want to rely on basically two fuel sources to run x amount of boost. Its. 9:1 347cid motor looking for 15-17psi...

I've done a big Bosch in line of a 255 and I got over 800 rear wheel on a 6 spd C5 fuel pressure being boost referenced... pressure never dropped... only went up right along with boost. I recommend an inline as thats what I have done in the past and had planned on doing it again, however, I'm selling just about everything because I have back surgery coming up that will pretty much end my wrenching days for quite awhile. Anyway if you need an 044 I have one for sale here : https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=440179 ... and it has the adaptors ready for inline... lemme know if interested.

I just added a Magnacharger 255 inline kit to mine. With the 255 in-tank I already have, I don't think I'll have any trouble feeding the 70lbs/hr injectors now to capacity since the single 255 came close when I was playing with the E85.
