I think you need yto figure out why your intake temps are so high. Dont buy a cam, injectors, or anything else until you can figure that out. I am not sure why you are running so much meth, i dont think there is any need for 2 nozzles. I have a 6.0 with a 2.9 pulley, and am using 1 nozzle and my controller is set at 4 on a scale 1-10.

With a 3.1 pulley, you should be able to run at least 20 degrees of timing all day. Going from 12 degrees to 20 is going to be worth a ton of power. I have no clue how your intake temps can shoot to 190 with meth. I would trouble shoot your intercooler problem before anything. I dont think my intake temps climb pass 160 with the meth.

Is your resevervior full? Is your pump working? Look there first, because those are common causes of abnormally high IAT's.

Also it could be that since you're spraying sooo much meth through the Radix that the coating has come off and clogged the HX. I've never heard of it happening, but stranger things have happened.

When you're on Nelson's dyno, do the #'s correspond to your 96mph trap speed. If not, then it might be a drivetrain issue like a loose converter.

I think high intake temps and 12 degrees of timing are hurting him the most and adversely affecting his trap speed.

Let's hope so, because it should be an easy fix. With out a complete start to finish log though we don't know what's happening.

try not to get caught up in the timing game. I actually make more power and made better 1/4 times @ 15* than i did at 17*. There was a little KR in there at 17* but my IATs were about 95*. It just felt better at 15* for some reason.

Pop the hood. Take off the cap to the res. and crank her up. If water is flowing the pump is running. It should be a pretty stout flow not a trickle. Like a standard water hose that's opened up almost all the way.

well i've done that and the pump is working and the i/c resevior is full. so what else could it be. i mean i did have the 2.75 which was generating alot of heat, thats why i took it off and put the 3.1 on instead. im not running meth just whatever the washerfluid had so i can cool my iats. so i disconnected 2 nozzles stayed with one and dump the washerfluid and just added water.

What % of meth is the fluid? I dont know that you should add water to it. IF its already a low % of meth then you're diluting it and probably are closer to straight water. Which isn't bad, but not as good. The 2.75 on a 5.3 was generating a ton of heat I'm sure. How quick do your IATs recover after a run?

im thinking about 20% of meth in the washerfluid. i cant remember but i'll find out. but a 13.57@96mph @65*'s and 100%humidy with a 60ft@1.89 does that sound right, i tried both pulleys and wasnt a noticable difference on them.
