How much power can you make with a Procharger before belt slip is an issue?

ussually 650-700rwhp is the limit for 6 rib belt's. I would just get an 8rib setup. No big deal,we've done alot of 8 rib conversions on Corvette's with great results.

I wouldn't use an ATI harmonic pulley.Get a Innovative overdrive 8 rib pulley. More belt wrap due to the bigger pulley and bigger blower pulley.

I don't see mention of which ProCharger you are referring to, but if you are talking about the P1SC...there is not an 8 rib conversion that I know of...for trucks at least...

Doesn't matter since the P1-F1 is pretty much the same on pulley-bolt on location.Search and you find it. We did one almost 2 years ago.Got all the pieces seperate.

Hmmmm...interesting...never seen an 8-rib set-up on a P1SC powered truck...and I thought andereck told me there wasn't an upgrade available...but I guess, as you stated that you got individual items needed that maybe there isn't a "kit" to do it...but do-able otherwise...
definitely worthy of a write-up or at least a list of required items and pics for sure! that would be awesome slowhawk!

Here is how I got more belt wrap on my 6 rib setup. I moved the Procharger idlers around.

Thanks for all the info guys. Just make sure I have it right--there is no kit for an 8 rib set up but there are parts available to convert it, correct?

ATI has all components you need for a 8rib setup.I'm using a ATI 8rib setup with my Whipple I went with the ATI super damper because I didn't want a larger diameter crank pulley.

ATI Performance Products is correct,my damper is a stock diameter 8rib with provision for the stock AC belt.I'm also running ATI's alt.p/s and tensioner 8rib pulleys.
