Huge difference between 160 and 190mph. Drag is exponential with speed, and linear with drag coefficient.

I just thought the car was BADASS!! I don't care about making my truck run 160 in the 1/2 that's too dangerous.

AHHH. thats what it was i knew i had something wrong. i say just throw as big of a motor as you want and turbo. set the suspension up and see what it does then go from there. once it hits 160 take it to the dyno and see what it does. but i know it will take a hell of a lot to get there, and i'd like to see more trucks do it.

Just my opinion, but over 140 in a truck isnt too comforting...or maybe im just a wuss.

Last time I went that fast the wipers were forced up from the wind so they pointed straight up, that was pretty funny

Flaco went 200 in the mile, wonder what his 1/2 mile speed was??? If I remember right he was probably around 1100 at the tires on that setup.

i ran my built 454ss truck to just 130 one night on a 4 lane hwy beside a trans am with my 4l80e and 3.73 gear on 275-60-15 cooper cobras and i swear i thought that bitch was gonna shake apart and explode right out from under my ***....lol

The only time ive been over 140 the engine sounded fine but the ladder sure was howling
