how many vic jr. intakes are in here?

Default how many vic jr. intakes are in here?

i was told i would lose a lot of low end with the vic jr intake..is this the case...i am looking to get one here in the next week or so to finish my truck off or just going to stick with the stock one...ya or nay

Get it, but run the stock one first to compare. That way I'll know if I would have got more low end with a stock manifold.

What are your end goals with it? is the real questions. The vic Jr. is much more versatile IMO so it's a decision you gotta make.

so you do lose low end...i just want to make power...lol i just dont want to buy it and lose power..

Yes you lose low-end but you 408, 3200 rpm stall, cam'd, turbo'd I hate you becouse I don't have one bigger monster needs to lose some low end so you can get off the line and allow the tires to catch back up.

I think the argument of lost low end is better phrased for the 4.8,5.3, and stock 6.0 crowd. Even a LS-6 manifold maybe to much in a truck unless its geared and stalled to hell.

A built 6.0 with your parts could benefit from a loss of torque to get moving, but would only benefit for racing not pulling. So if you wanna pull something I would stick with the stock manifold, but your parts list tells me you probily don't tow.

dirt track racer 81 posted a dyno graph of his monster cam with a vic jr intake and actually gained lowend...
