Default How did you bend your A/C line and where?

To get your a/c line to clear turbo where are you guys bending it? where it comes outta the reciever/dryer it is almost impossible to bend by hand. Or are you using some type of pipe bender?
This is on a kb mp70 kit

We just tweek it over. You can use a box end open end wrench and a screw driver. Put open end over crimp area ac hose, then put the screw driver though the box end. Now twist, making sure not to get all HULK on it and crimp it over. That would suck. Once it starts moving it will go pretty easy.
Might get a hold of KB and see what he recommends..

Doesnt need to be moved far...I just tweaked mine over and it fit a 4" downpipe pretty easy...word of advise though, put some heat shielding on it.

You dont want the hose to melt and freon to get on the turbo blanket and catch it on fire...

Don't act like you're strong enough to bend that AC line, Richard...

No it does actually bend pretty easy with the wrench and screwdriver trick. I fell like i may have went to far but we'll just wait and see how the a/c works lol
