Default How’s your Warranty?

About two weeks ago my Procharger threw a bearing within a week the Procharger was fully rebuilt and shipped back.

I know there are alot of systems to choose from out there have any of you had warranty issues? Good or Bad...

I think this will give better insight for members looking to buy Forced Induction.

My ProCharger had a minor seal leak. They took it, fixed, and Next Day dropped it in less than a week. Excellent warranty program. Still have 18 months to go too...

If your talking warranty on any FI system, STS has given me a new wastegate, and also some charge pipes at no cost. I did pay for shipping and one of the pipes I elected to replace.
Overall they have been pretty timely in their response to me when I had problems in the beginning. I have modded their system a little and don't expect freebies when I'm doing that.
A tech support forum on their site like this would be good for people who cannot call them long distance or call during work hours for every issue.
Would be nice to have an STS users forum there.
Right now this is the best place to be for that period!
