Guys you can't compare this truck to Parish's or 2tone's or Blacksheep's for that matter. If I'm not mistaken all three of these trucks can live on the street. Stoplight to stoplight. This truck is a drag truck, and back halfed from what it seems...look at it! Would you like your N/A truck to get called slow if it gets be by a similar truck with FI? Same kind of comparisson.

While I can certainly appreciate the work on that truck as it is definately top notch and will run like no other, it crossed the line from street truck to purpose built drag truck long ago. Don't discredit the work anyone has done on the really fast street trucks around here just because it can't hang with a race vehicle.

I wouldn't say it doesn't take much...just looking at those pics I can tell there must be a sickening amount of work in that thing. It's hell to go to extremes no matter which way you go...extreme street vehicle or extreme track vehicle. Look at the ignition setup... I wonder if he is running dual MSD boxes? Suprised he hasn't gone to a cam-driven whirly yet.

In anycase....

Well, You guys can have a truck and trailor race(to the track). I know who i'll root for. This is an apples to oranges comparison. I would still prefer to have (if i had the choice) parishes truck over johnny lightning's. Just my 02 cents..
