Is the belt sliping at the blower? Also as the crank pulley been replace before?if it has then most likely is spining at the crank ,try pinning the crank and make sure the tensioner is working . I got a P1 also and with a 3.6 pulley I see 10-11# with LTs and cam.my belt is the tightest possible.

 

have you tried driving it around yet. you may have a bad gauge. I would drive it around and see if you can fill the boost.

My guess would be pulley is spinning on the shaft.

yes i did, but not to a full extent. i think there is something in my intercooler or something of that idk why but i took out the intercooler from the picture just for last minute ideas and what do ya know boost out the ***. sorry i never replied i guess once i figured it out i never looked back at this thread. but now i have no use for it being that the truck is going in storage for a year because of my job. but once i get back its going to get a little bit nicer of a drivetrain....
