Default Help with Radix tune fuel problems

At WOT in PE the fueling is richer than commanded, then as RPM goes up it leans out to the commanded AFR, now I can understand as the fuel demand goes up fuel pressure may be dropping, but when it shifts it falls back to 10:1-10:1.5 then goes to commanded before a shift. Example in frame 1945.

Any insight?
