Just looking at the current set up you have now, it is def in favor of the PC.. Turbo's are beast, none the less.. But like stated when a have a PC set up correct, it is just as good as a turbo.. On 12-14 psi, a D1 should not be a issue of belt slip.. Look at sharpshooters set up.. it is a beast, goes low 12's all day.. Not to shabby if you ask me..

Not sure it I want to run that much boost on a stock bottom end. I may start looking for a spare 6.0L block to build up.
For the stall, I'm gathering a 34-3600 would be best. Looking at Circle-D's website, should I get the 245mm or the 258mm converter? I want a triple disk converter. just a little more reliable to me.

If you go procharger their is no reason for a milt disc-you never lock it with a procharger .

Why wouldn't you want to lock the converter?
And if I monitor and log my runs, I can send the info to westers and they can update my tune. If not there are a couple good tuners in my area.
Thanks for the info.

There isn't much gained by locking the converter from what I hear, but imo it def pulls harder.. But it is really hard on parts, your converter( clutches) esp. Mine locks at 105, but I may have it set to stay unlocked, just to extend the life of the converter.. There are alot better options out for tuners besides westers..

so would I be better off with one of their single disk units? I have a performabuilt level 3 4L60E and a trutrac in the rear so I'm not too worried about the driveline parts. I am looking at replacing the driveshaft with a better piece, eventually.
