when i had a radix on my truck i went to 8 rib and never broke a belt or tensioner. you will need to talk to inv. west. get there crank bal. and then talk to ATI for the water pump pulley, inv.west should have all the other pulleys. oo and get a new one 8rib from procharger. it seem like i had a little over 1200 or so in my setup. the crank is the most exp. one. good luck....

Are you using the 2 bolt replacement tensioner? If so that is most likely the problem, go back to the 3 bolt. Innovaters West can set you up with a heavy duty tensioner if it's slipping. Use a Gates HD belt the Goodyears won't hold up. I'd double check the alignment of the pulleys again especially if you ever pulled the power steering pulley off, it's real easy to get it in too far.

ok so i ordered a tensioner from katech thats the only high performance one i could find.. the tensioner i have is a 3 bolt stock tensioner.. as far as the alignment goes everything is up to par.. ill try this tensioner if that doesnt work im going with an 8 rib setup.

I replaced the bolts on the tensioner with some grade 8 and have never broke another tensioner so far.
