Default Help?

I just need some quick help, I am going to install some new spark plugs before I go to the track. I have the NGK TR6's and I am not sure what I need to set the gap at? I am thinking it was .35 or .40 but I am not sure, My mods are below in my signature. Let me know, Thanks!
