I have a 2001 2500HD all stock 6.0 with MP112HH. I had it dynod at just over 350 HP and 400 torque. Oh with 265/75 tires. Boost is at 4.25 with the magnuson tune.

I am going to start ordering parts and probably take it back to vaca to have the cam, heads, smaller pulley installed then have it tuned and put back on the dyno. As for the stall it will have to wait i guess or if i can get Art to install it that would be sick. 4.56s and a tru-trac locker are going in next week. ARH headers with high flow cats and a y pipe will order up next week. as for the driveshaft it will also have to wait i have other fish to kill! haha thanks guys!

tglandon,

Are those numbers rear wheel? I have the same truck and would greatly appreciate the info and anything else you can share.

TIA,

Ronnie

I'd be curious to see the results of another dyno with the stocker wheels back on (and also confirm if it was 2nd gear or 3rd).

Meth is not necessary unless you get to about 8-10 psi. Save your money for something else.

check list
3000 stall IMO- loooking into
4:56s- done
high speed balanced driveshaft-will have to wait a bit
LT headers-looking into

well im back after a while of just working my *** off at work. Once again i work alot so i do not have alot of time on my hands! some times i think too much. i have been debating on having my 6.0 built or to move on to a better motor. Just curious if it is worth the while to build the 6L or just spend the extra coin and buy a better motor? Once again i changed my goal and want to see if i can push over 500hp to the rear wheels. I know the current set up i have might need to be upgraded just wanted to see what kind of money i am looking at. thinking of upgrading to the tvs1900 or maybe even the tvs2300!!
