I get about 7 right now, hoping for 9...I was up to 12 when I had the Radix on the 5.3...

 

Well, that was with a smaller engine. I am just saying that the belt can only handle so much power, and you are probably close to the limit right now. Maybe it will work, anyone running the small pulley? What boost are you seeing? Does it drop off after torque peak?

 

3 thoughts here same results. First move the left pulley up and over to yeild a better wrap on the blower pulley.
The other is to add another small idler again more wrap. Sorry for the crude pic.
One final thought which is way more complex, turn both of those rigid idle pulley into tension pulleys. The kick is to make them get tighter while running. Soth both tensioners will rotate tot eh left to get the belt off. Anyways just bouncing idea around.

awesome ideas. BLOWN364 had a 3 pulley idler setup for a while, not sure what happened to it though....
