So when you red light the timing system goes into spas mode and gives incorrect numbers?

Would you be better off to leave late and get a bad reaction time but good elapsed times, or does that screw the numbers up too once your reaction time reaches a certain point?

its just right for the 5.3l. i love the way it comes on. not harsh like the smaller one i had. no dyno yet. need to before i put the AWD back in. right now i'm digging the 2wd, it hooked like crazy even with a boosted launch. i need more runs to get some practice, its been over a year since i went to the track.

thanks!! can't wait for the cold weather and full timing. was running about 3*lower than normal due to 95* iat's. first run had 105ish IAT's from heat soak from the drive up there. taking out the head light helped a ton on the second run.

once you red light it starts the timmer. so when i didn't take off it was was counting anyway. its ok to leave late and i may have to next time just to see where i can get it. but i get antsy some times and don't want to loose the race. but next time i'm going to try a few other things so i don't happen again.

yeah, she was a little mad.

i really had to crank the boost controller to get my high boost back to 13psi like it use to be. it still isn't quite there still needs some adjusting. the ls6 cam took the high boost way down. low boost is still the same, so i think its just over powering the wastegate and opening it. its only got a 7psi spring in it.
