Fueling problem solved!
#1
It took me a while to figure out my fueling problem. First off I had a 255 intake and 60lb injectors. I could only run 12 psi boost or it would start leaning out. My injectors where only at 65% duty cycle. I then decided to put dual intake 255 fuel pumps. That didnt help any. I then rewired the fuel pumps with 12ga, a 40amp relay and Kenne bell boost a pump. Still no difference. I then put in these alumium fuel rails with adjustable regulator. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/97-98...spagenameZWDVW. Here is a break down of everything you get...http://www.professional-products.com...llus/10611.pdf I set the fuel pressure at 65 psi. I can now run 18 psi and stay below 12.0-1 A/F ratio! I checked my 60lb injectors and there at 92% duty cycle@18 psi boost. I guess the injectors are maxed out. If I decide to run any higher boost Im just going to spray meth. That should take care of the rest of it.
ON a side note. If you do buy these fuel rails heres a few tips to help you out. Make sure everything is cleaned before installed. They are packed in a foam box and some of the foam ***** get in the rails. Another thing is make sure you use teflon tape on all of the pipe thread fittings. If you dont they will leak. I found out the hard way.
Besides that they are great for the price. They come with the rails, cross over line, a billet fuel regulator, and fittings so you can hook into the stock fuel lines. I will get some pictures of it installed if I can find my camera. Oh and this worked get for the truck intake. You have to tweak the fuel rail brackets to make them fit but its not that big of a deal.

Im not sure. I know right where the crossover tube is the fuel line is really small and maybe my stock regulator was messed up and was only putting out 45-50 psi?
