My 255 in tank is not keeping my AFR's down where I want up near my shift points.I don't have a fuel pressure gauge in the cab but I see it happening with my wideband.My tuner said I have enough injector left so my limiting factor is my fuel pump.

Here are some options I'm looking at, tell me what you think.
1. magnavolt booster
2.inline pump addition
3.second walbro on Hobbs switch
4.bosch in tank pump that out flows walbro [ Really would like to go with the bosch,seems the easiest]
5.lower fuel pressure with regulator and change injector settings in pcm[shot in the dark]

 

I would definetely try to get a gauge on it for sure before tackling the rest of this stuff.

I know my buddy had a procharger on his 03 avalanche with a LS1 and cam in it and 9-10 pounds and had enough fuel with 60# motrons with a stock in-tank.

hell borrow one that screws on the schrader and tape it to the windshield temporarily

 

was your buddies a 5.3?

 

dropped a 5.7 LS1 into it before the procharger, its a 402 now, with a paxton enroute....unfortunately now it seems I have to step up my game with the sub....

 

Check it with a press guage before you go buying a pump or anything. IMO
